This pull request updates the documentation to clarify that the "optimization for 100 concurrent users" refers specifically to limiting the number of concurrent PHP file requests, not the total number of connections. I was wondering this myself, and I found an explanation for it in an old issue (#112).
My thought is that it might be better to include the info in the readme so it is easily found by new users.
