Currently, the module will overwrite any existing vue.compilerOptions.isCustomElement function defined in nuxt.config.ts.

This PR simply updates the module to capture any existing function definition, and use it in conjunction with the function provided by templateCompilerOptions when evaluating isCustomElement.
