- Fix default awk location for makewhatis - Make man behaviour more sane with regard to different paths - Include GCC subprefix in default man pages search path - Make this package work properly on SmartOS

Feature request #96 (create blockmap) was merged upstream. Remove corresponding pkgsrc patches.

Before this PR, mosquitto compiled, but installation fails. Now the package created installs cleantly and the server and utils correctly work.
