This PR addresses the issue of having extensive design documentation in the README.md file by moving it to the proper documentation structure.

Restructured README.md:
Created new documentation files:
docs/src/abstractprobabilisticprogram.md- Contains the AbstractProbabilisticProgram interface documentation including traces, conversions, sampling, and density evaluationdocs/src/abstractmodeltrace.md- Contains the AbstractModelTrace/VarInfo interface draft with background, design choices, and property interfacedocs/src/varname_axioms.md- Contains the VarName-based axioms and subsumption formalizationUpdated documentation structure:
docs/make.jlto include the new design documentation pages under a "Design Documentation" sectionBenefits
The documentation builds successfully and all tests continue to pass, ensuring no functionality is broken.
