However, not sure if any of the upgraded dependencies will cause errors elsewhere in the docs, so going to let CI run overnight to find out.It's all good!Also, the fact that this PR modifies the Manifest file should force Quarto to re-execute all notebooks, meaning that errors can't be hidden by virtue of being cached.
