This PR restores the missing validation scripts in
.github/scripts/that are required by the PR Build Check workflow.It also adds validation and audit script placeholders to
package.json.Crucially, it does not change the
basepath or site URL, so it is safe to merge before the subdomain DNS is ready.Once merged, other failing PRs will be able to run their validation checks correctly.
