…on required avail prob for CSB++ (item 208) when FS intervention is ON Temporary workaround due to missing availability data for CSB++. The model currently doesn't allow overriding availability probabilities in such cases. A proper fix is proposed in #1638. Receiving availability data for item 208 would help, though the issue will persist for other items with missing availability data.

This PR adds 3 interventions to the
wastingmodule compare to what is in the current wasting branchEvaJ/wasting/wasting_module_ToRunJobs. The interventions are activated at the first day of yearinterv_start_yearwithWasting_ActivateInterventionsEvent.(1) Scaling up growth monitoring attendance (GM): updates parameter
growth_monitoring_attendance_prob_agecat= probability to attend the growth monitoring for age categories <1, [1; 2], (2; 5) years old.(2) Scaling up care-seeking (CS): updates parameter
seeking_care_MAM_prob= probability of recognising symptoms and seeking care in MAM cases.(3) Scaling up food supplements availability (FS): overrides probabilities of availability of food supplements
