Pull Request Overview
Removes unused Dependabot ecosystems and registry configuration to align with the repository’s actual tech stack and reduce unnecessary update noise.
- Removed Go modules and Docker ecosystems from Dependabot updates
- Removed the GHCR registry configuration
- Retained npm and GitHub Actions update configurations

We don't have any Dockerfiles or Go code in here. No idea why it was in the Dependabot configuration.
