Remove annotations that the user didn't do in example data#245

TODO: Fix issue where completed clips appear in completed categories if the original user didn't create them
Example projects will now properly display clips done by other users in pending for other users. Granted all clips now appear in pending but eh, its just an example

Example projects now display all clips in pending list. All signs that other users have interacted with the project are gone.
TODO: However, clips completed by users don't appear in completed, only in pending.
