layoutsConfigurationproperty to allow the app customize the column proportions per screen size and layout.layout-configuration-changeevent will be fired whenever thelayoutsConfigurationproperty changesAlso, the
layoutsConfigurationfields are now updated whenever the user interactively changes the column proportions by dragging the columns separator.
