I've added two environment variables that allow to change the server where the IDs are downloaded.
OVERRIDE_REPEATERS_DB_URL overrides the repeaters list
OVERRIDE_USERS_DB_URL overrides the users list
when not set each eandpoint defaults to radio-id.net
