Description

Restore a old repeating event to preserve history and fix links. Instead, expire the event.

Checklist:

This seems to fix the issue reported here by @crd477 .

The broken link https://www.computinghistory.org.uk/det/11288/Acorn-System-1/ I believe is a temporary situation, since it worked a few minutes ago.
