Update Steering Committee for 2025 cohort

This updates the Steering Committee membership for 2025. Once roles (e.g. chair) have been decided, we'll update.

Also, I changed the former members to be chronological by final year (alphabetical within year). That is, the most recent members are listed first.

Possible note, if you were trying to use a link within the preview of one of the pages, to go to another internal page (not a full URL with https://etc), this is a known issue (#945). If it was a different problem, just ignore me 😸
