Update events section on the DMV-RSE affinity site

Description

This PR updates the event section on the DMV-RSE affinity group site to include the upcoming meetup on May 15. These changes (event date, topic etc.) have been coordinated with the DMV-RSE co-organizer throughout.

The link checker says that 3 urls are broken. I resubmitted the build and they came up again, but I checked them by hand and all 3 are actually fine.

Thanks! I've had this with previous PRs (broken url job failing, but links actually fine). I can't see myself what could be going on here or how to fix.

In some cases, if you're checking with a browser, it's that the site isn't managing to supply the full chain including intermediate certificates, and the browser quietly patches this deficiency as it knows how to fetch the missing one(s). Checking with one of the "check your website's SSL configuration" tools should reveal this though.
