The spreadsheet with the member counts wasn't updated for May. We think we've found the problem, but because it's not the first day of the month, the update_counts.py script is failing.

This manually updates the website csv file with the May membership numbers.

There is a discussion on slack as well. If the problem persists for July 1, we can debug more seriously then.

@crd477 - yes! I forgot all about it. And it would be good to get in before the June counts go in
