Uploads Astra data to MongoDB in the same format as coursebook events in UTDNebula/nebula-api#247. See the astra collection in the dev db.

The InsertMany method does add an _id field and idk if that's necessary since the dates are unique but I couldn't figure out how to not include it.

That's perfectly fine -- MongoDB mandates that all documents have an _id field and will just auto-generate an ObjectID for it if nothing else is provided. You can actually substitute this for any data type you want, but we don't really need to specify our own keys for the moment.
