KDE Settings

This repo holds default settings for Ultramarine Plasma, including the default global theme.

For each release, merge from upstream (https://pagure.io/fedora-kde/kde-settings).

SOP for new version releases

1. Update ultramarine-backgrounds
2. Don't forget to Update the plasma theme to point to the new file
