tweaks: add nix

Not the iteration I had originally had in mind when I first started tackling this - the lowest effort idea wins again. Do not attempt to write your own ansible Nix installer. It will not go well.

Anyways, dead simple "grab script from the net and go" thing. I would like to add SHA checksumming before adding the script, but it doesn't seem like they publish the checksums. Oh well. I'd just like to get this one over with.

fixed, other than pinning um's requirements to have the community core modules, this methinks is good to go

set the UM_TWEAKS_PATH envvar to where the data/tweaks folder is. um will only look for tweaks in the default path if that’s not set.
