Description

  1. Added all sequence-related functions, constants and enums to (de)compiler, so, for example, it does recognize 0 as the first sequence name for sequence_get().
  2. Added the "Sequences" list to the asset list and the editor for them (very WIP for now).
  3. Added default values for UndertaleSequence class.

Closes #1622.
