French, Italian and Estonian translation updated from Feide RnD Translation portal (https://translation.rnd.feide.no/)
Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated as of PHP 5.3.0 and since PHP 5.4.0 it produces fatal errors.
Fix to show table headers (answering options) when creating/showing a foodle survey.
