Add documentation files throughout the monorepo to provide context for AI coding assistants. Each CLAUDE.md file contains package-specific information including commands, dependencies, key files, and structure to help AI tools understand and navigate the codebase effectively. Files added: - Root CLAUDE.md with monorepo overview and commands - Individual CLAUDE.md for each SDK package (sdk-core, v2-sdk, v3-sdk, v4-sdk, router-sdk, permit2-sdk, uniswapx-sdk, universal-router-sdk, smart-wallet-sdk, flashtestations-sdk, tamperproof-transactions) - GitHub workflows CLAUDE.md - uniswapx-sdk integration subdirectory CLAUDE.md
