I cannot analyze size in Stripping

My project is 2022.3.46f1, and I need to know what Stripping is big to me.

But when I analyze size, it says master_WebGL_wasm is not found.

I check the directory and the name is release_WebGL_wasm, so I tried to rename it but other problem happen.

how do I do to solve this problem
