* Grafted HDRP scenes from HDRP projects.

* - Recreated HDRP test 2021.3 project.

* Updated HDRP graphics test scenes. [skip ci]

* - Added DX11/Vulkan HDRP Graphics Test imeges to the projects.

* Added Mac/Metal Graphics test files for HDRP graphics test projects.

* - Modified Threshold in OutlineLighting01_HDRI test in 2021.3 from 0.005 to 0.07

* disabled mac HDRP test for 2022.1 and 2022.2  because of unitability.

* Added reference image to mac HDRP  graphics test to the 2019.4 project.
