Ignore GC mode setting when using null gc. Return TRUE to allow domain unload to proceed even with null GC. Provide stub mono_unity_class_for_each Initial work for per domain null gc with validation. Build null gc by default on windows. Implement fixed GC allocation using virtual memory. Stub a few more methods for null gc. Add stubs needed by validation logic Add support for guard pages before and after allocations.
