Update Documentation for Setting up a UR Robot

I was recently trying to set up a UR10e and, looking at the documentation, I think there are 2 missing steps that could be helpful to mention:

• Enable services: all the services (see picture) were disabled and it could be hard to figure out the problem
• Enable Remote Control: more intuitive than the previous one, but it could still be useful to point out

Thanks for pointing that out. AFAIK this is only relevant in newer polyscope versions, we should mention that, as well.
