This add Markdown output support for the chunks for different file formats.
Description
This PR provides allows different input functions and allows downloading the output in markdown format.
Different Options allowed are:
1.Different Strategy
2.output_format
3.markdown_template (table, compact, nested, list
4.annotation
5.download output markdown file
6.annotation model: gpt-4o-mini, gpt-4o
