Description
This PR introduces a comprehensive ISSUES_AND_ROADMAP.md file outlining the current issues, missing features, and a structured development roadmap for the Unsiloed-chunker project. The roadmap is organized by priority and release version, providing clear guidance for future development and contributions. It covers areas such as automated testing, CLI implementation, API security, error handling, document type support, OCR, user/project management, logging, deployment, API versioning, frontend/UI, and documentation.
