Addressed by #134. That docker image does not include pyboy support, so if it's needed it will need to be added later. |

Add dockerfile for repo. Can be built locally or pulled from docker hub.
Note that, because pyboy has extra non-automated steps to set up the environments, none of these environments will work with this dockerfile.
