Alpha Testing

AutoCattlogger and AutoCattleID work inside the docker container.

Known issues:

• Conda env doesn't build correctly from yaml file.
• Data directory is empty.
• Training MMPOSE HRNet model from your own might not work correctly (although it runs without errors).
