VTS-SimPipe v3.0.0
This is a new release of VTS SimPipe - a simulation pipeline for VERITAS. It includes container build scripts for all simulation steps (air shower, atmospheric transfer, ray tracing, camera simulations) and scripts to efficiently start productions (including scripts using the HTCondor DAGMAN functionality).

API Changes
- Change of CORSIKA images including now the geometry of the atmosphere (curved vs flat). This requires users to update their local CORSIKA images. (#59)
Bugfixes
- Synchronize opt and no-opt CORSIKA config files (especially for viewcone). (#56)
New Feature
- Add CORSIKA images compiled with curved atmosphere (non-optimized compilation only). (#60)
