This project presents an HR Analytics Dashboard designed to analyze employee attrition trends and uncover key workforce insights. Using Tableau, raw HR data was transformed into meaningful visualizations to support data-driven HR decision-making.
The main objectives of this project are to:
- Analyze employee attrition patterns
- Identify key factors contributing to workforce turnover
- Help organizations improve employee retention strategies
Employee attrition has a significant impact on productivity, morale, and recruitment costs.
In this project, I built an interactive Tableau dashboard that highlights attrition trends across departments, gender, work-life balance, and experience levels, enabling HR teams to take proactive actions.
-
