v0.10.1

I was doing my development and testing on Linux. I forgot to properly test it on Windows before releasing. Due to the use of a unix specific API for fixing the CRC v0.10.0 would not compile on Windows.

This release resolves the issue and works on both Unix and Windows

The main focus of this release is:

• Fixing restoring of MERs that are unlocked with this tool after some changes that were made by Rockwell in the Application Manager. thanks goes to aawilliams85, for finding the solution after I foolishly overlooked it.
• Fixing issues with unlocking APA fles.
