Changelog, thanks to @Valla-Chan for most additions:
- Adds Advanced CE functionality to the vehicle editors.
(To use the base-game "move whole vehicle" functionality, hold Shift and Ctrl) - Add an option to just reduce snapping instead of entirely disabling it
- Snapping in the building editor should not be reduced to the same degree as before
- The Evo-Outfitter is no longer toggled on by default.
- The outfitters no longer factor in creature parts when the Evo-Outfitter is not enabled. (@VanillaCold)
- Part reparenting now remembers which part previously was parented.
(If it cannot do this, it will fallback to a method I wrote that finds the nearest part that it can reparent to)
