From engineering issue 99, this pull request copies eosnetworkfoundation/aws-cloudwatch-alarm-handler:5b08b42a71b384f765fab7c243aff999fd9bf02e/scripts/reset.sh that sanitizes a nodeJS project to test it starting from a known-good state, and modifies it for this specific project's needs.
