Really small change that makes it so if the Vesktop window is maximized it doesn't update
windowBoundswith it's new bounds, thus preserving the windowed state if the app is closed (restarted) while in fullscreen, making it work pretty much exactly like the official discord client.Also noticed the
minimizedstate wasn't being updated when "unminimized", fixed that aswell.
