@mrkvon since you are adding it in this year, will the script that generates the final list of eligible voters take this list as an input as well as the list of designated affilition voters?

No, the txt list is merely a convenience for publishing a human-readable format. The script uses users.json as input. If there are any issues with specific participants, those entries can be removed manually from users.json before running the final script. I don't expect it to be a high number.

It could be automated though. If that turns out to be necessary, a feature request could be opened. Alternatively users.json can be published and audited directly.
