Also adds a utility to compute the number of parameters, because that's
always interesting and often reported in papers.

While the code is pretty trivial, I think it's useful to have it because it might not be obvious to others.

What if we load parameters for a different model? I mean parameters do not match a class that load them?

I think we don't need these utilities. Build-in python tools do everything that we need. But maybe we need just an example of usage.
