* Update the 3 C++ projects to the latest build tools. * Add warning <NoWarn>;WFO1000</NoWarn> to many of the Winforms projects to restore old behavior. This will need to be remediated in time. * Remove some System.Drawing.Common and System.Resources.Extensions package references that are no longer used. Flagged by compiler.
* Update the versions of asp core net and desktop net to 10.0.1. * Update the sandbox configurations to use the same NET 10 dependencies as the installer. * Include the newest versions of the C++ redist.
