Add ability to receive CSV file when hunting
Added the ability to request CSV attachment when requesting VIEW SPOTS using POTAGW. Also added a lookup option to search Park ID's or Callsigns. Lastly, renamed form by prepending POTA & SOTA to make it easier to find.
Place text and html files in the RMS Express > Global Folders > Templates folder. You can also create a sub-folder (e.g. Off-Grid Parks & Summits Activity). You will then access the form from within a new Winlink Message under Select Template > Global Templates.

This was just a minor update to text examples to reflect the recent POTA Park ID prefix change from K-xxxx to US-xxxx.

HTML cleanup
Removed the "required" attribute from the input form fields (HTML5) that were causing the XHTML to fail validation. While the form works just fine regardless, just wanted the code to be clean. The fields for spotting your park, silo, or summit are still required in order to spot yourself successfully.

Combined activating and hunting forms; added APSPOT as an option
This release combines the Activating form and the Hunting form into a single Winlink form. It also adds an option to use APSPOT@apspot.radio in addition to POTAGW@outlook.com.
