Can we instead of deleting, turn this to a simple page with a message: pages under /tools are managed by tools repo, or something? This way, contributors will have some guidance if they try to edit /tools here. |

This reverts PR #504 ,
/toolspath no longer needed as astro page.Instead, add a notification message for the Contributors telling them about the tools repository.
