Description

Testing Instructions

Go to Users → Settings → Profiles and enable the custom user avatar option.
Upload a default user avatar.
Edit the user and upload a custom avatar.
Visit the user’s profile on the frontend to view the avatar.

Pre-review Checklist

Issue and pull request titles are properly formatted.
Acceptance criteria have been satisfied and marked in the related issue.
Unit tests are included (if applicable).
