When running Simba in Dev mode with the 'Update WaspLib on lauch' disabled, the version check errors out because the environment variable gets set by the launcher to 'none'

This one is my bad actually... I should not pass 'none' to Simba, I should pass it empty. I'll fix it during the weekend, thank you for the heads up though |
