Great job! PR LGTM. I think there might be a pathing bug in 4.EDA/nbconverted/4.correlation_heatmaps.py. Other than that I only have minor suggestions for stricter scaling/correlation guardrails and potential refactor as reusable functions.

Add heatmap analysis for EDA
In this PR, heatmaps for correlation and features are added at the bulk and single-cell level (only for correlation) to evaluate any heterogeneity.
