Code of Conduct
We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in the Stark Orchestrator community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.

| Respectful disagreement | Disagree constructively, focus on ideas not people |
| Constructive feedback | Give and gracefully accept feedback |
| Taking responsibility | Apologize and learn from mistakes |
| Community focus | Prioritize what's best for the overall community |
- Sexualized language or imagery, and unwelcome sexual attention
- Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
- Public or private harassment
- Publishing others' private information without permission
- Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate
This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces, including:
- GitHub repositories (issues, pull requests, discussions)
- Community chat channels
- Social media interactions representing the project
- In-person or virtual events
It also applies when an individual is officially representing the community.
Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the community leaders responsible for enforcement.
All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.
Community leaders will follow these guidelines in determining consequences:

| 1. Correction | Inappropriate language or unprofessional behavior | Private written warning with clarity on the violation |
| 2. Warning | Violation through a single incident or series | Warning with consequences for continued behavior |
| 3. Temporary Ban | Serious violation or sustained inappropriate behavior | Temporary ban from community interaction |
| 4. Permanent Ban | Pattern of violations or severe single violation | Permanent ban from the community |
