Does imHex run on webgl at all? I thought the only web support for ImHex was Emscripten. |

Problem description
This PR fixes build failure on GLES2/3 environments in similar manner as it is already fixed for Emscripten. (E.g., build on Android device in environments like Termux)
Implementation description
Add more #ifdefs for patched imgui part.
