Enhanced version with these key additions:

Ccache integration - Implements comprehensive build caching for faster rebuilds. Also able not to use Ccache
Clean build option - New input parameter to bypass cache when needed
Reproducible builds - Adds timestamp control and path normalization for consistent outputs
Advanced metrics - Tracks build time, cache hit rates, and provides detailed statistics
Better UX - Enhanced logging with emojis, grouped output, human-readable sizes, and comprehensive reporting
Added a Clean-up Ccache yml to manage Ccache.
30 kernels in 41m.
Will be much faster with Enterprise account

1. Move optimize_level input to OP config.
2. Revert Susfs branch/commit hash selection.
3. Add OOS version to ccache key.
4. Change Build User and Host based on stock boot image.
5. Add more packages to Clear more disk space.
6. Add OP configs like BBR, BBG, Hmbird etc.. to build summary as a verification.
