This change updates the SPDX generation and combination tasks to use gzip compression instead of zstd for tar archives.
Removes BB_NUMBER_THREADS handling for compression since gzip uses a fixed compression level.
Adjusted mkdirhier calls to cast Path objects to str for compatibility.
Minor debug cleanup (removed print("XXXX", dep_pkg_data)).
