I noticed an issue with this change in rebasing #74396 : If we're changing this to index.d.ts, it should be mirrored into exports['.'].types (above on line 37), which still references the build-types path as of these changes. Since #74396 changes the nodeResolution behavior from 'node' to 'bundler', it's more strict about using and validating the exports entries. (I might split this change off as a separate change from #74396)
