What this PR does
Improves the PHPDoc for the
current_tab()method to better document its return value.Why this change is useful
The method always returns a string representing the current Site Health tab.
Clarifying this in the PHPDoc improves readability and helps static analysis tools,
while remaining fully compatible with the project's PHP 5.6 support policy.
