The initial release of the hikvision decrypter application. As of now, it includes only the basic functionality of opening, saving, encrypting, and decrypting. Warning: So far, it has not been tested on actual hardware so if you were going to modify an unencrypted database with a hex editor, re-encrypt it, and upload it to a camera, it could brick your camera.
